Return Process

Log in to your Navigo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid processing delays.
- 3.Drop Off the Package
Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup through our portal.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days and send a confirmation email.
